Payment Instructions:

• An invoice, including the account number and payment details, will be issued to the corresponding author (or any author designated by the corresponding author).
• The payment certificate must be uploaded via the author portal on the journal’s website.
• This APC is collected before paper publication.

Important Notes for All Authors

1. No charges will be incurred if the article is rejected.
2. No refunds will be processed for any reason.
3. There are no additional fees (e.g., page charges. tax, or color charges).
